Who we are

Since departing from her administrative role at the International Community School of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in 2011, she has provided consultancy services dedicated to organisational development in international schools. Her work focuses on enhancing operational efficiencies and employees' capabilities through strategic initiatives, as well as designing and delivering programs that ensure equal professional development opportunities for school operations staff.

 

Her expertise in transforming school culture and operations through strategic organisational development and human capital strategies has significantly enhanced organisational culture, operations efficiency, and contributed to providing educational excellence. Dr Cass's diverse background spans various roles and sectors, including business, construction, agribusiness, and education.

As a former international school paying parent, board member, and school administrator, coupled with her master’s in international business management and a PhD in Organisational Behaviour and Development, Dr Cass offers a unique blend of professional and personal perspectives that provide deep insights into the needs of international schools.

 

Dr Cass has served international schools in numerous capacities, from her administrative tenure at ICS Addis Ababa to her consultancy services for schools managed by International School Services (ISS). In her role as Director for School Operations Services at ISS, she played a pivotal role in leading strategic development initiatives, conducting impactful organisational development audits, and establishing key professional learning communities. These initiatives have consistently focused on advancing HR capital strategy and organisational development, showcasing her broad impact and deep expertise in enhancing the global educational landscape.

 

Throughout her career, Dr Cass has served schools across various regions, including Africa, Southeast Asia—like South Saigon International School and International School Dhaka—, the Middle East, involving consultancy services to the Amaala-Red Sea Project and MADAC Academy in Saudi Arabia, and South America. This international exposure has been instrumental in her ability to devise innovative solutions that drive educational success across diverse cultural settings.
